I am currently expanding my group counseling services--please contact me to learn more about upcoming groups and registration. I work with adults and older adolescents (ages 16+), integrating evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy within a Biblical worldview that validates each individual’s inherent worth and capacity for growth. My work is informed by an integrative mental health framework that considers the role of nutritional factors in shaping mood, stress response, and relational health. I also emphasize the exploration of cognitive-behavioral patterns and attachment styles, helping clients develop greater insight, emotional regulation, and healthier interpersonal dynamics.
