Rooted in hope, authenticity, truth, love, and awareness
Accepting New Counseling Clients starting May 1, 2026
I work with adults and older adolescents (ages 16+), integrating evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy within a Biblical worldview that validates each individual’s inherent worth and capacity for growth. My work is informed by an integrative mental health framework that considers the role of nutritional factors in shaping mood, stress response, and relational health. I also emphasize the exploration of cognitive-behavioral patterns and attachment styles, helping clients develop greater insight, emotional regulation, and healthier interpersonal dynamics. I provide counseling services for individuals, couples, and families navigating concerns such as addiction, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, dysregulated stress response, low self-esteem, relational conflict, and codependency.

As part of our work together, I also encourage clients to consider a functional nutrition assessment in conjunction with counseling. This integrative approach allows us to provide more comprehensive support for your overall health and well-being.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text at least 24 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation fees.
